Hada Labo Gokujyun regular lotion was good, but not exceptional. It does hydrate, but it took a few layers. Hada Labo Gokujyun Premium is the best for my skin. Thick, viscous liquid - more like a serum than a toner imo - and instant, mega plumping and hydration with just one layer. I have dry, sensitive, acne-prone skin, for reference.
